Email marketing is a form of direct marketing which uses electronic mail as a means of communicating commercial or fundraising messages to the public. In the broadest sense, every e-mail sent to a potential client or current could be considered email marketing. However, the term is generally used to refer to:

  • e-mail in order to strengthen the relationship of a merchant with its current or former customers to encourage customer loyalty and customer loyalty,
  • send an email to acquire new customers or persuade existing customers to buy something immediately,
